About the Founder
Monita Outland is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) and the founder of
Cultivating Excellence in Organizations.
Monita Outland, MPH, M.S.Ed is a Performance Improvement Specialist and the Owner of Cultivating Excellence in Organizations, LLC. She has tenured as a sole proprietor since 2017 but has provided management and consultative services for clients in the non-profit, public sector, and academic organizations for over 20 years. Her experiences include leading and directing teams, facilitation and training, developing and managing professional development courses and programs, and monitoring and evaluating the execution of activities.
Monita creates opportunities that will optimize growth and elevate performance. She is passionate about building long-term client relationships and aiding in their success. Monita is optimistic about achieving goals. She loves helping clients who want to make a difference in themselves, their teams, and their organization.
